Day 295: Baked Ziti

It's New Year's Eve, and I'm celebrating with baked ziti. If you don't have ziti you can use any other pasta that's on hand. Penne, elbow, farfalle, anything works!

This goes the same in the filling. I like to add vegetables such as zucchini and spinach. It's a super simple recipe that feeds a crowd.

You'll have plenty of leftovers so you can enjoy them for your next meal. It's a perfect pasta bake!

To reheat, simply bake the ziti in the oven at 350 degrees F, for 15 minutes. Or you can microwave the ziti for 4-5 minutes.

The ricotta filling is creamy and compliments the rich tomato sauce. I hope you'll enjoy making this delicious baked ziti as much as I do!
