Day 334: Banana Bread

I've made banana apple muffins, chocolate banana bread, and tons of sugarless muffins, but I have never actually made a loaf of classic banana bread. So, without further ado, here it is!

Banana bread is one of my favorite quick bread recipes. It's the perfect breakfast or snack.

This bread does not have any added sugar. It's naturally sweetened with bananas, and I love the sliced bananas on the top. It adds a bit of decoration without having a glaze.

As always, use brown bananas for the best result. A great way to eat banana bread is to make banana bread french toast out of it. You can check out my recipe for it here!

If you want, you can add nuts, chocolate chips, or even both! There is nothing better than a slice of homemade banana bread, right?
