Cardamom Granola tastes delicious! It's a great way to start the morning or for a snack. I love to eat mine in some yogurt (you can add vanilla or honey to make it sweet) or milk. Plus you can add any kind of mix-ins!
Nuts:
Almonds
Cashews
Pistachios
Walnuts
Hazelnuts
Fruits*:
Dried Apricots
Dried Cherries
Raisins
Sultanas
*Dried fruit is a must, otherwise, it will become soggy and won't work with your granola.
Seeds:
Pepitas
Sunflower Seeds
Roasted sesame
Adding cardamom to the granola is a great touch! It adds a different flavor and is really great pairing with the granola. It's not too strong so it overpowers the dish or little when you can taste it. It's right in the middle! I hope you'll be making this frequently! I sure am!
