Wow, I can't believe it's been two weeks since I've started this blog! To celebrate this moment, I'm making strawberry whipped cream phyllo shells. I LOVE whipped cream, so I decided to make strawberry whipped cream and put it into these phyllo shells! This recipe is really easy because you really only have to make the whipped cream and strawberry puree!
Bake the phyllo shells for 3 minutes.
Once you've pureed the strawberries, fold it into the whipped cream. It will be light pink.
Pipe into the baked phyllo shell.
That's all there is to it!
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Six fresh strawberries
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 box of chocolate phyllo shells
STEPS:
Bake phyllo shells at 350 degrees for 3 minutes.
To make the strawberry puree: Put strawberries in a blender for around 30 seconds. Place in a small bowl and chill for 10 minutes.
Mix the heavy cream and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Add the strawberry puree and fold to combine.
Pipe the whip cream into the phyllo shells. Top with strawberries and blueberries!
Enjoy!
