This simple graham cracker recipe tastes just like the store bought kind only better! If your dough isn't sticking very well you can add more honey. Honey is the main ingredient that holds this cracker together. You can check out my video for reference:
With your fork and you can make little holes. This will give your graham crackers it's signature effect.
Bake your graham crackers at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. They should be crunchy.

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 1/2 tablespoons butter softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
1 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
1/4 cup honey
STEPS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet.
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl cream butter and brown sugar. Add the flour mixture, honey, and milk. Form into a ball, cover and cool in the refrigerator for an hour.
Roll dough out and with a butter knife score the dough. Make little holes with your fork and bake for 15 minutes. Cut immediately and serve.
