Funfetti cake is a classic birthday cake. These funfetti cookies have the same looks and features but are shaped like a cookie (obviously). They are sooo crispy on the edges, while soft and chewy in the center.
I made these cookies today to support The Sophia Way, an organization that works to end homelessness for women.
If you want to help out as well, go to their nourish page on their website, and you can sign up to make a meal for lunch or dinner.
If you don't have rainbow sprinkles you can use a bunch of single-colored sprinkles and add them together to make a rainbow assortment.
Once you've dropped your cookies on the baking sheet, flatten them with a spoon.
Make sure to keep these cookies far apart they will spread!
