Day 106: Mango Jam

Day 4, and Mango Week is still going strong! You can whip up this mango jam in 40 minutes and it tastes so much like mangoes!

After I made my jam, I poured it into these cute Bonne Maman jam jars! You can also blend the mango jam if you don't like mango chunks at the end, once the cooking is done.

In case you haven't heard, I've been making sourdough! I had to discard some of it, so I made sourdough pancakes.

I spread my mango jam, and they definitely completed the dish!

If you feel that your jam is too sweet, feel free to add more lemon juice. Because of the lemons, this jam has natural pectin!
