Day 103: Mango Smoothie Bowl

During COVID-19 I've really started to like smoothie bowls. You would think that they were just like smoothies, but they're actually so much more thick and creamy! Plus when you top them off with fresh fruit, chia seeds, and granola, they're truly spectacular. This mango smoothie bowl is made out of fresh or frozen mangoes. It's amazing in this warm Seattle summer weather. :)

You can use fresh or frozen mangoes. Fresh will taste best though.

Bananas are what makes this sweet (aside from the mangoes), cut them into small chunks so they will blend quicker.

Oh, and guess what?! Introducing Mango Week! Everything this week will be flavored with mangoes!

Mangoes to equal summer. Am I right?
