Today it's Martin Luther King Day. To honor him, I baked peach cobbler. They say peach cobbler was one of his favorites along with pecan pie!
The bright peaches, paired with the rich ice cream is so delicious! Plus, the warm touch of cinnamon makes a world of difference!
Not to mention this recipe is super simple. There is no mixer required and the hands on time is only 10 minutes!
For this recipe I use canned slice peaches. I find that it's a little simpler to use than fresh peaches. It still has an amazing taste!
Make sure to serve this amazing peach cobbler warm, with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
