This peach salsa is so beautiful to both look at and eat. It has such vibrant colors that bring out summer so well.
With summer ending so soon, I thought I would make this peach salsa. Perfect for the weather.
I must admit I don't like store bought salsa. It's acidic, and just not my thing. This on the other hand, is amazing!
It's juicy, sweet, and savory all at the same time.
I like to serve my dish with chips, and some rice + beans. You can choose what you like!

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 of a red onion, diced
1 peach, cut into chunks
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
STEPS:
Dice all your ingredients.
Mix them together in a bowl and serve.
Enjoy!
