Day 281: Peanut Butter Cookies

These easy four-ingredient peanut butter cookies are a dream come true. They're fast and the results are perfect!

The only ingredients in these cookies are peanut butter, sugar, an egg, and some flour. If you want to dress up your cookies you can make an imprint using a fork.

You can roll your cookies out, but I like to use a cookie scoop so I can get a consistent size. When you bake your cookies, they won't look done, but that's okay! They'll bake as they cool.

If you want, you can even add two tablespoons of chocolate chips to make them peanut butter chocolate chip cookies!

It only takes 30 minutes to get these delicious cookies in your mouth. Made with only a few ingredients, and one bowl, these are super easy!
