It's the first day of Fall and I'm so excited! Not to mention I'm on day 195, only 5 more days left until 200 days!

This fall inspired pumpkin cake is so good! It's has a great pumpkin flavor with a hint of pumpkin pie spice and paired with a luscious cream cheese frosting.

Frosting is essential! It's the creamiest, most delicious cream cheese frosting ever! I love, love, love it so much!

Now for the adorable mini pumpkins, they are really fun to make! All you got to do is dye some fondant orange, green, brown and roll them into small balls.

Then with a knife carve out lines. Add a brown fondant stem. If you want, put some green vines. They add great decoration and I totally recommend making them!

I hope you're convinced to make this pumpkin spice cake. It's such an amazing Fall cake, and so good! Happy first day of Fall everyone!
