Who doesn't love a tater tot? They're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, full of that delicious potato filling!
Usually, tater tots are fried in oil, but today I baked them. This makes it a little more healthier.
Tater tots are super simple. If you want, you can just blend all your ingredients in a food processor, but I like mixing everything by hand.
You can use frozen shredded potato, but I usually shred fresh potatoes myself. Make sure to take the skin off first!
Dip these tater tots in ketchup or your favorite dip. These are easy, and make for a great snack!

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes, skin peeled off and shredded
1 cup parmesan, shredded
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
STEPS:
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F, and lightly grease a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil.
Combine all your ingredients in a large bowl. With a cookie scoop, make a ball out of your potato tater tot. Roll it into a cylinder and place it on the baking sheet. Brush with some extra oil and bake for 10 minutes.
Once 10 minutes are over, flip the tater tots and bake for 15 more minutes. Serve with your favorite dip!
Enjoy!
