Week 32: Garlic Pull-Apart Bread (United States)

This garlic pull-apart bread is the perfect side dish for any dinner or meal with its delicious and fluffy texture.

This recipe is a mix between parker house rolls and garlic bread, and I really enjoyed the spin on two classic kinds of bread.

I cannot get over how fluffy this bread is. It's almost a cloud-like feeling and makes the recipe even more comforting.

Not to mention, this recipe is SO simple. Since it only uses instant yeast, there is minimal rest time to get amazing results.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

Dough:

  • 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

  • 2 packets instant yeast

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup warm water

  • 3/4 cup warm milk

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Topping:

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

STEPS:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, knead all the dough ingredients for 5 minutes on medium high. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

  2. Grease a casserole or pie dish with butter.

  3. Divide into seven rolls and place in your prepared pan. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and cheese together. Brush onto the rolls and cover to rest for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Bake for 25 minutes.

Enjoy!
