It's as if a brownie and a cake had a baby. This cake is so decadent and rich but lighter than a regular brownie.

This cake is perfect for people who have gluten allergies or don't use flour because the recipe only calls for cocoa powder!

Not to mention, the recipe comes together in around 10 minutes, and the cake only takes 30 minutes to bake. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and strawberries, and you have made the perfect dessert.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs
STEPS:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and line an 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk. The batter will be thick. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar or eat with ice cream, if desired.
